My name is Courtney Thwaites and I am a fitness and well coach based on the Gold Coast. My passion within the fitness industry is to help, guide and teach, each and every individual how they can truely look after their health and fitness daily whilst implementing balance and enjoying what life has to offer.
I have been working in the fitness industry since late 2016 and during that time I have gained numerous qualifications with an extensive knowledge base. I specalise in female specific training, fat loss, muscle gain and body re-composition. I also have futhered my knowledge in athletic specific training, postural and body composition assessments and how we can use training as a tool to prevent and aid from any pain or injuries we might experience day to day. I also make sure that training is performed correctly with the right execution and programming so that we keep our muscle and joint healthy. I also have experience in nutrition and how we can utilise food to see our desired results.
By working with me I will make sure that you understand the WHY to everything programmed / given to you. Not only will you reach your goals but you will feel educated so that you can walk away with true inner confidence!

Sessions are 45 minutes
During a session with a client they have the option to utilise the time how they see fits best whether that is:

✦ Core and activation drills
✦ Stretching and mobility
✦ Form and exercise execution
✦ Nutrition protocols and breakdown
✦ Re-programming
This way each client will feel 100% confident they are on the right path to their goals

ONLINE COACHING
This is perfect for those individuals that a completely personalised approach to reaching their goals with all progress completely tracked
